kellogg's special bars

today was the first day i ate one of these bars , after my two hour run at the park , i grabed one of these and it fulled me up , it only has 90 calories with good source and fiber, total fat - 1.5g , 2% , tastes really good , nothing better than a healthy life style , xoxo
